Set me on the path that leads to life, and let me find life by walking with You

Heavenly Father,
Show me the way
in this cruel, dark, and lonely world.
My enemies lurk in the shadows,
waiting for me to slip up and trap me.
Let them get caught in their own traps
and rescue me from all of my enemies.
My sins are many and I feel weak.
My hope is in You, LORD.
Forgive me, LORD, for sinning against You.
Set me on the path that leads to life,
and let me find life by walking with You.
