ROSE OF SHARON COCDOC on 12th St. in Easton is partnering with PSALM 346 MINISTRIES INC to launch our very first FEED THE LEHIGH VALLEY event on Saturday, November 16, 2024!

FEED THE LEHIGH VALLEY is a project we've been talking about for many months now but was put on hold for a variety of reasons. Many thanks to Pastor Smith and the good people at ROSE OF SHARON for reaching out to me to finally get this project underway!

So now you might be asking yourself, "what exactly is FEED THE LEHIGH VALLEY?" I'm glad you asked! :) The FEED THE LEHIGH VALLEY project makes it possible for us to truck in large quantities of rescued food at a nominal fee, making it sustainable for ongoing and future events!

Simply put, the more churches and organizations that get involved, the lower the cost for truck deliveries. Therefore, we could potentially create a pipeline of food into the Lehigh Valley on a regular basis at a very low cost to each organization involved!

What's keeping this totally awesome project from exploding all over the Lehigh Valley, you ask? The very short and simple answer is, lack of networking among churches, organizations, and communities.

Therefore, your homework is to get the word out to as many people, organizations, and businesses about this project to raise awareness. We're hoping that this event on November 16th will catch the attention of surrounding communities and organizations and launch this project throughout the entire Lehigh Valley!
